Potential New Suspect Could Be The Mastermind Behind The RR And E Orders To Kill Brigadier J?
JAKARTA - Who made the initial chronology of the death of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J? Still a mystery. What is certain is that this scenario has failed miserably to be dismantled by a special team formed by the National Police Chief.
In fact, one by one the lies were clearly exposed.
The initial scenario is that Brigadier J is accused of abusing the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. When caught by Bharada E, Brigadier General J did not accept it and opened fire.
Like an action film, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's official residence immediately became a shooting scene. Bharada E is clean without the slightest wound. Meanwhile, Brigadier J died.
That is the initial story.
What happened was 180 degrees different.
Bharada E's lawyer, M. Burhanuddin, told VOI bluntly that Bharada E was indeed at the official residence when the incident took place. But certainly, there is no such thing as a shootout like an action film.
The projectiles that were scattered and lodged in the wall were just an alibi. Worse yet, Brigadier J's weapon was accidentally fired upwards. In order to give the impression that a shootout has taken place, as in the initial story between Brigadier J and Bharada E.
"To shoot upward, yes, to give the impression of a shootout projectile," said M. Burhanuddin.
However, the question is whether the bullets from Brigadier J's weapon were spit out after he died or not, this remains unanswered.
The team of lawyers also stated that Bharada E had orders from his superiors to shoot.
"They were told to shoot. Shoot, shoot, that's it," said lawyer Bharada E, M. Burhanuddin to VOI, Monday, August 8.
However, Burhanuddin was reluctant to directly mention the superior of Bharada E in question. He only said that Brigadier J had been ordered to shoot by his superiors.
"Our superiors can already guess who the boss is," he said.
VOIR éGALEMENT:
The police have named two suspects, namely Bharada E as a suspect in the murder case against Brigadier J which occurred at the house of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Bharada E was charged with Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
Then, the National Police also named a new suspect, Brigadier Ricky Rizal (RR), who is an aide to Ferdy Sambo's wife, Putri Candrawati. This one was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code related to the premeditated murder of Brigadier Joshua.
Investigate, not just the two suspects. Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Mahfud MD said that three suspects had been named in the case of the death of Brigadier J.
"There are already three suspects, it can develop and the articles are 338, 340, premeditated murder," said Mahfud.
According to him, the investigation into the alleged premeditated murder case against Brigadier J is considered fast, considering that the case has a code of silence.
"The development is actually fast, cases like that which have a 'code of silence' are now having suspects, then high-ranking officials have gone 'migrated'. I think the step and method carried out by Police is good enough and not bad," said Mahfud.
Who is the suspect Mahfud is referring to? The Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Komjen Agus Andianto, chose not to comment much. He promised that the special team (timsus) would present the results of the investigation into the case of Brigadier J's murder, including the suspects behind it.
"Wait for the exposure tomorrow (today)," said Komjen Agus to VOI.
