Huda considered that the Sunda Kelapa mosque was chosen because of the philosophy of the mosque itself. Where the mosque is in the shape of a boat which symbolizes that the port of Sunda Kelapa was once a famous place for trade as well as the most rapid spread of Islam in its time.
With the selection of mosques, said Huda, his party wanted to remind Gerindra and PKB cadres that political struggle is the implementation of noble religious values.
Huda said the registration of Gerindra and PKB as election participants would be led directly by Prabowo and Cak Imin. He said this was also a sign of the increasingly serious political cooperation of the two sides.
Furthermore, Prabowo and Cak Imin will hold a joint press conference after completing a series of registrations at the KPU office. Both of them are said to be presenting various strategic issues related to the cooperation between Gerindra and PKB in facing the 2024 General Election.
