Chelsea's Player Transfer Market Stalled Becomes Ridiculous, Domino's Pizza Gives The Most Shocking Tweet
JAKARTA - The stagnation of player purchases made by Chelsea in the transfer market this summer has become a subject of ridicule. Pizza restaurant chain from the United States Domino's Pizza even joined in.
Senegal defender Kalidou Koulibaly is Chelsea's last star signing. He was brought in from Napoli more than two weeks ago.
Since then, several top players have been on the London club's radar, but none have joined. The latest is a young young goalkeeper, Gabriel Slonina.
The Blues' difficult summer transfer window saw many outsiders take the opportunity to poke fun at them, including Domino's Pizza in their latest tweet on Twitter.
"We have delivered approximately 852,609 pizzas since Chelsea last announced a successful transfer," Domino's Pizza tweeted.

The tweet immediately caught the attention of football fans. Some of them said that of the many ridicule Chelsea received, the tweet was one of the most striking.
Meanwhile, some comments actually attack two other London clubs, namely Arsenal and Tottenham. These two teams were highlighted for their drag achievements at the European level and also big titles on the domestic scene.
"I've seen a lot of bullying lately but this.... This... this really hurts," wrote one netizen.
"How much has been sent since Arsenal last won the European Champions League," asked one commenter.
"How much have you sent since the Spurs last won a major trophy?" another replied.
Koulibaly is one of the two great players Chelsea have managed to get so far. In addition to the 31-year-old player, they also managed to secure the signature of Raheem Sterling from Manchester City.
However, they still need a few more players to refresh the squad after missing a number of key players. Unfortunately, they failed to secure some of their targets.
Ousmane Dembele, Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha and Jules Kunde have previously been linked with the Stamford Bridge club. However, all of them turned down the opportunity to join and instead chose to move to Barcelona.
