Returning From Ciputat To Pamulang, A Student Was Stabbed By Three Unknown People

TANGERANG - The police arrested three students with the initials FWP, RZWV, and AA. They were arrested on suspicion of abusing and beating another student, RMR, in the East Ciputat area, South Tangerang.

The Head of the East Ciputat Police, Commissioner Yulianto, said that the incident occurred on Thursday, July 28, in the evening.

"Arrested by the police, after persecuting and beating students," said Yulianto when confirmed, Tuesday, August 2.

Yulianto explained that the incident began when the victim, who was riding in threes with his friends wearing school uniforms, met his opponent in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang.

“At first he wanted to have an afternoon fight in Pamulang, but it didn't happen. It turned out that at night when he passed, he saw the (victim's school-ed) jacket, and was attacked by the perpetrators," said Yulianto when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, August 2.

"The victim wants to go home from Ciputat to Pamulang, there is no plan to fight. Because it's 12 at night. Passed by (with the perpetrator-ed), saw the enemy, then he's attacked," he continued.

As a result of the incident, the victim suffered a number of injuries to his body due to the impact of a blunt object and a sharp weapon.

The police said that the violence experienced by the victim was in the form of kicks and stab wounds using a sharp weapon of the type of sickle.

"There is a tear on the left back hip and a cut on the right wrist," he said.

The victim's parents, Budi Haryanto, who knew his son was seriously injured, immediately reported to the police.

The police who received the report moved quickly to find the whereabouts of the perpetrator. As a result, three perpetrators were arrested on Friday, July 29.

"The team moved after receiving information on the whereabouts of the perpetrators on Kiang Risin Street, Pisangan Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, and around 12.00," he said.

The police confiscated a number of evidence of the crime in the form of evidence of visum et repertum, two sickle blades, a motorcycle, and a sweater with the word Liema7 on it.

For his actions, the perpetrator is suspected of committing acts of violence against children and possession of sharp weapons in accordance with Article 80 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Article 2 Paragraph 1 of the Emergency Law on Possession of Sharp Weapons with a threat of up to five years in prison.
