Parigi Moutong Floods, Central Sulawesi, 3 Died, 4 Others Declared Missing
Central Sulawesi - Floods that hit Torue Village, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi (Sulteng) caused casualties.
Head of Torue Village, Kalman M Andi Hamid, said that due to flooding in his area three residents were declared dead and four others were still missing.
"This data is still temporary, and the victims who died have been evacuated by residents and the SAR team," he said when met in Torue, Parigi Moutong, Friday, July 29 in the morning.
Kalman said the SAR team had evacuated the victims who died. Meanwhile, other flood-affected residents were rushed to safe locations to be evacuated.
"Currently we can't do much. Residents have been evacuated to safe places," he said, according to Antara.
