DKI Garbage Truck Enters Busway Line Until Hits Two Motorcycle Riders When Wanting To Turn Back

JAKARTA - A traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and a truck loaded with garbage on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Cililitan, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta, Thursday, July 28, afternoon.

According to Surya (40), an eye witness to the incident, said the accident began when the motorcycle driven by the victim was riding with two people. They passed from the direction of Cililitan towards Cawang.

However, when they were about to turn around in front of the Pertamina Petrol Station, which is located on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, from the right lane, they came straight over by a loaded truck on the special Busway lane.

"So the motorbike wants to take a right, turn around, want to go back from the direction of the Cililitan Wholesale Center (PGC), the garbage truck is about to brake, maybe it's close, it crashes right away," Surya told reporters, Thursday, July 28.

The victim's motorbike was dragged by a truck up to 4 meters from the crash site. While the motorcyclist bounced.

At this time, the identity of the two motorists is unknown. However, the victim was immediately taken to the nearest hospital for further treatment.

"If people don't drag themselves, they just drag the motorbike, the victim is mentally injured. There are two victims, one is critical, one is still conscious, and has been taken by ambulance to the hospital," he said.
