Good News From AKR Corporindo, The Company Owned By Conglomerate Soegiarto Adikoesoemo Wants To Divide Interim Dividend Of Rp493.43 Billion
JAKARTA - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk brings good news to its shareholders. The company owned by the Soegiarto Adikoesoemo conglomerate will distribute interim dividends worth a total of IDR 493.43 billion or equivalent to IDR 25 per share.
In AKRA's information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Tuesday, July 26, it was explained that the distribution of interim dividends was based on the decision of the company's directors on July 22, 2022, and the approval of the commissioners on July 22, 2022, related to the distribution of interim dividends for the fiscal year 2022.
"The interim dividend is IDR 25 per share or the total interim dividend is IDR 493,429,240,000," said AKRA Director Suresh Vembu.
The company's financial data as of June 30, 2022, which underlies the distribution of the interim dividend is the profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 955.46 billion. In addition, the company recorded an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 8.13 trillion, as well as equity attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 9.99 trillion.
