JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. stated that the wholesale segment transactions experienced a significant spike at the beginning of this year thanks to the optimization of Kopra by Mandiri digital services.
Bank Mandiri Director of Treasury and International Banking Panji Irawan said the number of wholesale company customers who took advantage of Kopra's virtual facilities had reached 51.000 users in May 2022. This figure shot up quite high from the previous 2.100 users in October 2021.
"This achievement was achieved thanks to a comprehensive transactional solution that can be adapted to various customer needs," he said in a written statement on Tuesday, July 12.
According to Panji, all these solutions can be enjoyed with single sign-on access, making it very easy and relatively fast.

Panji added, one of the mainstay features that is a customer favorite is the Host to Host-based Application Program Interface (API) by offering integrated solutions for business actors in various business sectors.
