Riding A Helicopter, President Jokowi Will Visit Farmers In Subang

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo left for Subang, West Java, from the Indonesian Air Force Base Atang Sendjaja, Bogor, aboard the NAS-332 Super Puma helicopter of the Indonesian Air Force 45th Air Squadron, Tuesday 12 July, during his working visit.

Based on information received from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat in Jakarta, Tuesday, July 12, he is scheduled to distribute social assistance to the Center for Rice Research.

He took off from Bogor at around 07.30 western Indonesia time. Arriving at the helicopter pad at Sang Hyang Seri Public Housing Field, Subang, he will first head to Sukamandi Market to deliver a number of social assistance for the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program and traders.

After that, he will go to the Rice Research Center to review the collection and conservation of rice germplasm, review rice seed production units, and review rice varieties and innovative products from the Ministry of Agriculture.

It is also scheduled for dialogue with representatives of farmers.

After the event, he will return to the helicopter pad at Perum Sang Hyang Seri Field and then take off to Jakarta using the same helicopter.

Accompanying him on the flight to Subang Regency were the Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo, Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, Cabinet Secretary, Pramono Anung, Head of the Presidential Secretariat, Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary, Junior Marshal TNI M Tonny Harjono, Commander of Presidential Security Force, TNI Major General Tri Budi Utomo, and the Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat, Bey Machmudin.
