Writing In Celebration Of Papers And Childhood Dreams Andreas Christensen Into Reality
JAKARTA - Barcelona's new defender, Andreas Christensen, was finally introduced to the public. In a press conference that took place on Thursday, July 7, Spanish time, Christensen told about his childhood who had dreamed of defending Barcelona.
Christensen admitted that he had written notes on a piece of paper about his desire to become a professional footballer and play for Barcelona.
"Since I was 8 years old, I wrote on a piece of paper that I wanted to be a professional footballer and play for Barca. It's a proud day for me," he said.
The post was then uploaded by Barcelona on their official Twitter social media account. The note made in 2004 was written in Danish.

The childhood dream finally came true. He really became a professional player and played for Barcelona.
The 26-year-old was obtained for free after his contract with Chelsea expired. Christensen was tied to a contract until June 30, 2026.
"I can prove now that dreams can come true, I'm very proud," Christensen said.
Christensen can't wait to get through the healthy competition in the team. The main goal is to play every week and win with the Blaugrana.
"We have great potential and have to win trophies. I will come and do my best every day," he said.
