Action Of 41 Parachutists Behind Bhayangkara's 76th Anniversary Celebration

JAKARTA - The highlight of the 76th Bhayangkara Anniversary was completed at the Police Academy (Akpol), Semarang, Central Java. The event was enlivened by the action of 41 paratroopers from the TNI-Polri.

The paratrooper team was led by the Deputy Commander of the Brimob Corps Pioneer Squad Kombes Almas Kolopaking. Meanwhile, others came from members of the Police Mobile Brigade, Kopassus, Denjaka, and Kopasgat.

"This is a form of synergy between the two agencies, not only on the ground but also in the air," said the moderator of the event, as quoted from the Youtube channel of the Presidential Secretariat Office, Wednesday, July 6.

Based on the video footage received, the parachutists departed from the Ahmad Yani Airbase, Semarang by using the CN 295 aircraft belonging to the Indonesian Air Force. They took turns exiting the plane flying at an altitude of 10,000 feet.

Then, it appears three people first got out, from the plane. Two of them wore police uniforms, which were then followed by other members.

In the air, they formed several formations while unfurling the National Police emblem and Bhayangkara's 76th Anniversary in the air.

Then it was Almas Kolopaking's turn as the lead parachutist. He is the one who carries the flag with the logo number 92 on the shield frame.

On the flag it says Dirgahayu and 30 years of service. This means that the moment of Bhayangkara's anniversary this year coincides with the 30-year dedication of the Indonesian Military Academy 92.

"It is a matter of pride to be able to participate in Bhayangkara's 76th Anniversary," said Almas.
