Previously, the 17-meter-long wall of a shop collapsed, blocking the access road for 300 families in Gang Air Tawar, RT 07/RW 01, Rawa Terate Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta, Monday, July 4.
Head of RT 08/RW 01, Rawa Terate Village, Taufik Bahtiar said that the access road was covered with debris from the shop wall that collapsed due to the construction of the water channel at around 16.30 WIB.
"The electricity shop building collapsed so that the debris blocked the road access. There were four RT in RW 01," said Taufik Bahtiar.
There were no casualties in the incident. However, this makes residents whose access to their houses are affected have to look for other alternative routes during the debris cleaning process.
