Minister Of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto Appreciates South Sulawesi Police Arrest Suspect Of Land Mafia
MAKASSAR - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto appreciated the handling of the land mafia case in South Sulawesi (South Sulawesi) which he considered quite good.
"We would like to thank all parties and in particular the South Sulawesi Regional Police who managed to arrest the land mafia suspect," said Hadi Tjahjanto when he met the South Sulawesi Police Chief Inspector General Nana Sudjana, in Makassar, as reported by Antara, Thursday, June 30.
Marshal (Ret.) Hadi Tjahjanto said the arrest of two suspects in the land mafia case in South Sulawesi AS (63) and EY (51) was the police's most beautiful gift, as it was approaching the 76th anniversary of Bhayangkara.
He stated that the Land Mafia Task Force (Satgas) from the central to the regional levels was indeed committed to fighting and solving various kinds of land problems caused by the land mafias.
Hadi also assessed that land disputes in South Sulawesi were quite high, so his party then instructed his staff at BPN throughout Indonesia to synergize with other law enforcement officers in eradicating the land mafia.
"I have instructed all levels in the Ministry of ATR/BPN to cooperate with the police in building a commitment to eradicate the land mafia," he explained.
South Sulawesi Police Chief Inspector General Nana Sudjana in front of the Minister of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto said that his party had just arrested the land mafia.
The two perpetrators who have been named suspects are AS and EY. The two suspects are involved in the alleged forgery of letters on the land of the former Makassar Zoo.
The two were arrested after their members carried out an investigation and investigation in accordance with the police report made by BPN Makassar with police report No: LP/B/390/XI/2021/SPKT/Polda Sulsel.
The case began on September 10, 2021, when suspect EY submitted a request for assistance in checking and canceling SHGB Number 20017 to BPN Makassar by attaching a certificate of ownership number 2412.
However, the results of the inspection at the Makassar BPN stated that the certificate numbered 2412 was not registered with the BPN and was suspected to be fake.
