The Smiles Of Jokowi And Iriana Who Continue To Be Covered By Masks From Inside The Ukrainian Extraordinary Train
JAKARTA - President Jokowi and Iriana may still be on the train, moving from Poland to Ukraine. A journey to promote world peace.
President Jokowi, with a really limited entourage, took the extraordinary train that the Ukrainian government had prepared.
This Extraordinary Train is usually filled with people with the VVIP category because it was the only mode of transportation through Ukraine in the midst of the Russian invasion.
This train was specially prepared by the Ukrainian government to take the leaders of countries willing to support Volodymyr Zelensky against Russia. The closest country that can reach Ukraine is Poland.
With the situation still critical, trains are indeed the only option to reach Ukraine. In a war situation, it is impossible for a VVIP aircraft to cross the skies of Ukraine.
On this train, Jokowi was escorted by the Polish security authorities and the Paspampres. President Jokowi and his entourage departed from Przemysl Glowny Station in Przemysl City, Poland.
Judging from the Presidential Secretariat's YouTube Channel, Wednesday 29 June, the number of entourage that took part was very minimal. The Przemysl Glowny Station seemed to be heavily guarded when Jokowi arrived.
Jokowi and Iriana looked casually dressed. Compact wearing a matching blue jacket.
In this short video, Jokowi is seen in a special room. There is a kind of dining table filled with fruits and mineral water. Including a sofa.
Jokowi continued to sit looking at the table. He was seen for the camera and finally smiled. Unlike Iriana who chooses to walk back and forth while occasionally glancing at the window.
Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi and Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung joined the group. But they boarded a separate carriage by Jokowi.
President Jokowi is scheduled to meet the leaders of each country, namely Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kiev and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow with an estimated meeting time of 29-30 June 2022.
