The KPK Council Immediately Determines Lili Pintauli's Fate Regarding Alleged Receipt Of Mandalika MotoGP Tickets
JAKARTA - The fate of the Deputy Chairperson of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Lili Pintauli Siregar regarding the alleged receipt of accommodation and MotoGP tickets from PT Pertamina (Persero) will be determined. A clarification report will be written soon.
"The team will make a report on the results of the clarification that will be submitted to the Dewas, and the Dewas in the preliminary examination will determine whether or not to proceed to the ethics trial," said member of the KPK Supervisory Board Albertina Ho in a written statement to reporters, Wednesday, June 8.
Albertina said the evidence needed by the KPK Supervisory Board to determine the status of the allegation was sufficient. Moreover, his party has received additional written information from the President Director of PT Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati.
"We have received (additional written information from the President Director of PT Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati, ed)," he said.
"Until now (the information, red) is considered sufficient, unless there is another order from the Dewas to the team," added Albertina.
As previously reported, the alleged receipt of accommodation and tickets for the Mandalika MotoGP by Lili Pintauli is still being investigated by the KPK Supervisory Board. Requests for information and collection of evidence are still ongoing.
In addition to having examined Nicke, the KPK Supervisory Board has asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.
