Using The Middle Exchange Rate Of IDR 14.544 Per US Dollar, Bayan Resources' Cash Dividend Value Of Low Tuck Kwong Conglomerate Reaches IDR 14.54 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) owned by conglomerate Low Tuck Kwong has become one of the mining companies with the largest dividend value. For 2021 profits, the cash dividend that Bayan will provide to its shareholders will reach 1 billion US dollars.
This amount is equivalent to 82.46 percent of its 2021 net profit of 1.21 billion US dollars. The company plans to pay this cash dividend on June 15.
The decision was the result of Bayan's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) which took place on May 18.
Through a letter to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) published on Tuesday, May 31, Bayan's management has determined the middle exchange rate to be used as a reference in the distribution of the cash dividend. The amount is IDR 14.544 per US dollar.

Thus, the total cash dividends paid by Bayan to its shareholders reached IDR 14.54 trillion or approximately IDR 4.363.2 per share.
As additional information, the cash dividend will be paid by Bayan to the shareholders whose names are registered on May 31 until 16.15 GMT+7 (Western Indonesian Time or WIB).
