"So give their statement or allegiance by reading the text and sending it through the WhatsApp group", said The Head of Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Tuesday, April 17.
The online allegiance technique carried out by the suspects was carried out by sending texts or narrations in the Whatsapp group. The sender is known to be the suspect with the initials H.
Then, each of the suspects read the narration of allegiance to the new ISIS leader, namely, Abu al-Hassan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, and the process was recorded.
