Not Blamed By BPK, Kudus Regency Government Invites 10 Political Parties To Ask For Financial Assistance
KUDUS - The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) did not find any problems in the audit report (LHP) of financial assistance for political parties (parpol). The Kudus Regency Government then invited the political parties that won seats in the council to apply for the disbursement of financial aid funds.
"Previously, political parties in Kudus had urged that the disbursement of political aid funds (Banpol) be accelerated. However, because we are still waiting for the results of the LHP by the BPK, we have not been able to fulfill it," said Head of the National and Political Unity Office of Kudus Regency, Harso Widodo in Kudus, Sunday 8 May.
For now, he said, 10 political parties that won seats could apply for the first phase of disbursement, after the BPK report found no records from the LHP of each political party receiving financial assistance for the 2021 fiscal year.
With the results of the BPK examination, his party also made a circular letter to be given to each political party administrator in Kudus.

In 2022, the Kudus Regency Government approved the proposed increase in political aid funds by 96.08 percent from the previous IDR 2,550 per vote to IDR 5,000 per vote.
The disbursement of the Banpol funds was carried out in two stages, citing Antara's report, for the first stage of IDR 2,500 per vote, while the second stage was in accordance with the approved addition of IDR 2,450 per vote.
While the budget for the second phase, the new Kudus Regency Government will propose the 2022 APBD Amendment.
With the addition of the Banpol allocation, it is hoped that it will provide internal operational support for political parties and each political party can also increase the role of providing political education to the community.
The number of political parties in Kudus Regency that obtained seats in the Kudus DPRD, it was recorded that there were 10 political parties. These include the Democratic Party, PAN, Golkar Party, Nasdem Party, PKS, PPP, PDIP, Hanura Party, Gerindra Party, and PKB.
