DLH Biak Papua Alerts 340 Cleaning Officers During Eid Holidays

PAPUA - The Department of Environment (DLH) of Biak Numfor Regency, Papua, has alerted as many as 340 field cleaners during the 2022 Eid holiday.

"Hundreds of janitors work every day to clean the surrounding Biak City," said Head of the Biak Environmental Service Iwan Ismulyanto AP in Biak, Antara, Tuesday, May 3.

He said the task was carried out by DLH workers to clean roads in Biak City and transport waste from the container to the final disposal site. Iwan said that by being alerted by cleaners during the Eid holiday, it was hoped that the City of Biak would be kept clean.

"The arrangement of the cleaning work schedule during the Eid holiday is expected to facilitate services to the community," he said.

Iwan expressed his appreciation for the services rendered by the cleaning workers during the Eid 1443 H holiday.
