Bandung City Government Prepares 5 Health Centers To Provide Vaccination During Eid, Here's The List
BANDUNG - The Bandung City Health Office (Dinkes) has prepared five health centers to continue to provide vaccinations for the community during the Eid holiday.
Head of Section for Primary and Traditional Health Services at the Bandung City Health Office, Teti Hendriani, said the five health centers were Ibrahim Adji, Puter, Cipamokolan, Padasuka, and Garuda health centers. The five health centers, he said, operate 24 hours.
"Including 80 health centers continue to work according to their working hours, the non-24 hours only close on red dates," said Teti in Bandung, West Java, as reported by Antara, Wednesday, April 27.
In addition, the Health Service also provides vaccination posts at 19 posts consisting of seven field posts, seven static posts, and five posts at tourist attractions. The post, he said, was opened from D-7 to D+7 for Eid.
"Our field posts are at Gedung Merdeka, Rest Area KM 147, Cicaheum and Leuwipanjang Terminals, Bandung Station, Kiaracondong Station and Cikapayang Park," he said.
Meanwhile, for tourist attractions, posts were opened at the Zoo, Kiara Artha Park, Saung Angklung Udjo, TSM, and Karang Setra Swimming Pool. The post will serve from May 3 to May 10," he added.
At each post, he said, 50 doses of vaccine would be provided, either the first, second, or third doses or boosters.
He appealed to the public to get the vaccine as soon as possible. Especially for people who will go home, he appealed to complete up to the third dose.
"It's better to be vaccinated than not, don't get vaccinated when you want to leave. At least two days before that," he said.
Currently, the vaccine achievement in Bandung City has reached 113 percent for the first dose of vaccine, 103 percent for the second dose, and 30 percent for the third dose of 1.9 million citizens who were targeted for vaccination.
"Don't forget to wash your hands with soap and hand sanitizer, keep your distance, avoid crowds, and avoid shaking hands first," he said.
