While the Head of Class I Palembang Detention Center Bistok Oloan Situngkir added, the photo was taken when the South Sumatra Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office team was on a working visit on February 15, 2022 at around 14.03 WIB.
When the team passed in front of block G room 13, the team met spontaneously with the former Governor of South Sumatra Alex Noerdin who was not wearing clothes because the weather was quite hot, but immediately put on clothes.
Alex Noerdin also had a few minutes to talk with the team about his condition and health while in prison.
