Anies' Subordinates Inspect A Number Of Sub-districts, It Turns Out That There Are Still People Who Have Not Been Able To Serve Population Administration In 15 Minutes

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) conducted random inspections (sidak) in a number of sub-districts to monitor population administration services.

This inspection was carried out on Thursday, April 21, 2022, after the DKI Provincial Government announced that a number of population administration services could be completed in just 15 minutes.

During the inspection, the DKI Disdukcapil visited the service counters for Jati Kelurahan, Cipinang Village, Rawamangun Village, and Kayu Putih Village, which are located in East Jakarta.

As a result, the Head of DKI Disdukcapil Budi Awaludin admitted that there were still kelurahan that had not been able to serve population administration within 15 minutes. They, said Budi, need service adjustments.

"Of course, this fast service program needs adjustments in the field, especially regarding the system, network and completeness of the required documents from the community. But other than that, this should not be an excuse," said Budi in a statement received by VOI, Friday, April 22.

In general, during yesterday's inspection, Disdukcapil did not find any significant obstacles to population administration services. However, it turns out that there are still services that are not carried out in the integrated service room so that people do not get services at the proper counters.

"This will immediately be coordinated with the DPMPTSP (Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services) for immediate adjustments," said Budi.

Previously, Budi claimed that population administration services for DKI residents were currently getting faster. In fact, this service can only take as fast as 15 minutes.

"Dukcapil DKI Jakarta continues to make continuous improvements so that it is able to accelerate services starting from 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes," said Budi.

However, Budi admits that there is one service that takes longer, namely the service for utilizing population data access which takes 480 minutes.
