Central Java Police Investigate Police Shooting Police Case In Sukoharjo

SEMARANG - The Central Java Police's Professional and Security Sector are investigating the alleged shooting of a Wonogiri Police officer allegedly carried out by Surakarta Police Resmob personnel in Sukoharjo.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Iqbal Alqudusy confirmed the incident that occurred on Tuesday, April 19.

According to him, the head of the Propam Division of the Central Java Police came down directly to handle the incident.

"It's still being investigated. The Head of Propam and the team are still in the field," he said, unable to explain in detail the chronology of the incident, reported by Antara, Wednesday, April 20.

It is suspected that the shooting of a member of the Wonogiri Police, Bripda D was allegedly carried out by members of the Resmob of the Surakarta Police, precisely at Makamhaji, Kartasura, Sukoharjo Regency, Tuesday (19/4).

Police Brigadier Two D, who was injured, was rushed to the Al Hidayah Hospital in Boyolali, before being transferred to Moewardi Hospital in Solo.
