The Office Building Of The Grand Palace Kemayoran Apartment Caught Fire, Officers Called The Source Of The Fire From The 3rd Floor

JAKARTA - Thick black smoke billows out at the Grand Palace Apartment Rukan, Jalan Benjamin Sueb, Kebon Blank Village, Kemayoran, Tuesday 19 April. Fire and black smoke are known to appear on the 3rd floor of the office.

"After receiving reports from residents at around 10.20 WIB, we sent 17 fire engines to the location. Currently, the fire is still being extinguished at the location," said Head of Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Asri Rizal, Tuesday, April 19.

As many as 80 firefighters are still struggling to extinguish the fire.

Meanwhile, according to Danang, one of the apartment parking officers, the cause of the fire that burned on the 3rd floor of the apartment is not yet known.

"Suddenly smoke came out of the window," he said, Tuesday, April 19.

He explained that the building that caught fire was an office shop in an apartment area.

"I don't know what office it is, what is clear is that it looks like an office," he said.

As a result of the fire, the Benjamin Sueb road section, Kemayoran, was temporarily closed.
