Police Make Sure That Ade Armando's Beating Perpetrators Are Not Students
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has confirmed that the perpetrators of Ade Armando's beating during a demonstration in the DPR area were not students. Based on the data, the two perpetrators who have been arrested are entrepreneurs.
"From the data we have collected, the 2 people who have been detained are entrepreneurs. They are not students," said Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to reporters on Tuesday, April 12.
The data refutes the growing wild issue about the perpetrators of the beatings, which are students.
However, Tubagus has not explained more about the motives and others. The two suspects have just been arrested and are still undergoing investigation.
"I can't answer the motive right now. Because the person concerned has just been arrested and is still in the process of exploring what his motivation is," he said.
Regarding the alleged possibility that the perpetrators knew each other, Tubagus said he could not confirm it. This allegation will be investigated in the investigation.
"Don't know yet (the suspects know each other, ed)" said Tubagus.
Previously, six people were named suspects in the case of beating Ade Armando. It's just that, bafu two people were arrested.
Both namely, Muhammad Bagja and Komar. They were arrested in the Jonggol and South Jakarta areas.
While the four suspects who are still at large include Diah Ul Haq, Ade Purnama, Abdul Latief, and Abdul Manaf. They were given an ultimatum to surrender.
