Olivia Nathania Wants To Appeal, Farhat Abbas Reveals 3 Other Fraud Cases

JAKARTA - Olivia Nathania, Nia Daniaty's daughter, has been in court for a verdict related to the CPNS fraud case on Monday, March 28. A fact is revealed that this is not the first time Olivia Nathania has cheated.

Olivia Nathania was sentenced to three years in prison and now her party is filing an appeal for leniency.

The father, Farhat Abbas, said that Olivia Nathania had committed fraud several times. The format is not much different, but with a larger amount of money.

"This is the first time that the punishment has been given, but so far it's only been reports and news. It was once considered a visa falsification, then there was embezzlement and diamond fraud, the victims were almost 1.4 billion," said Farhat Abbas, launching Uya Kuya.

Diamond Scam

In 2012, Olivia Nathania was reported to be a diamond dealer for not paying for a ring she bought for IDR 700 million. It turned out that the case did not proceed to legal action because Olivia and the plaintiff had reconciled.

"Because we closed it, we paid for the diamond in Melawai, then we handed it over to the person who owned it, at that time I was the lawyer, I assume that there has never been a fraud and embezzlement because we closed it, if it is covered up, he can't prove a civil matter right? , unless there are goods," explained Farhat Abbas.

Don't Pay Catering

Farhat did not hesitate to tell about the crimes committed by this woman who is familiarly called Oi. Starting from not paying for catering, selling production house cameras to dealing with fashion.

"Once there was a group of catering entrepreneurs, they ordered but didn't get paid. Then there was a PH (production house) which sold all of their cameras, continued to do business with clothes like that, and I don't know the values by heart," explained Farhat Abbas.

American Visa Counterfeit

As if he never gave up, Oi also faked a United States visa when Nia Daniaty was going to a concert to Uncle Sam's country.

"What was reported was only the visa, Nia Daniati had a concert to America, someone was taken care of for her tour and travel with visa arrangements there, right, there are many people who have American visas, (the victim) has already bought Nia Daniati's ticket," he said. .

This case was completed after Olivia Nathania returned the money to the victim who did not get a ticket to watch her mother's concert.

"I couldn't go because the visa wasn't registered. In the end, if I'm not mistaken, the money was returned, because I was divorced at that time, so they said that the person wanted the money back at that time. It would be dangerous to get hit by an American FPI agent," he explained.
