Dea OnlyFans Becomes A Suspect In A Pornography Case
JAKARTA - Content creator Dea OnlyFans has been named a suspect in the alleged pornography case. This determination is based on a series of examination results and case titles.
"We have determined the person concerned as a suspect," said Director of the Special Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Auliansyah Lubis to reporters, Saturday, March 26.
In the case, investigators believe that Dea committed acts of distributing or creating content that violates decency or pornography.
Thus, Dea also violated Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions.
The investigator's belief was strengthened by the evidence that had been confiscated. For example, some pornographic content uploaded by Dea to the Only Fans platform.
"The content obtained by Dea distributed by herself is related to exciting videos and photos," said Auliansyah.
Dea OnlyFans was arrested by Polda Metro Jaya at his home, Malang, East Java on Thursday, March 24, evening.
The arrest of the content creator is suspected to be related to the distribution of pornographic content. Because, Dea is known to sell photos and videos on the OnlyFans site.
