Pictures of Novi Amelia's body circulated after she fell from the 8th floor of the Kalibata City apartment, South Jakarta, Wednesday, February 16. In the picture, the victim who was only wearing skimpy clothes was seen lying in the parking area. In the photo with low lighting it also looks like there is blood in the parking area. The apartment manager met by reporters on Thursday, February 17, conveyed the condition of the victim after the incident. Watch the video below.
