JAKARTA - The Motorized Vehicle Number (TNKB) sign for the Camry car that killed AKP Novandi Arya, son of the Governor of Kaltara and Fatimah, a PSI cadre, is strongly suspected of being in tax arrears. The Central Jakarta Metro Police confirmed that although the TNKB for the fateful car had expired, the documents for the vehicle were complete.
