JAKARTA - Telkomsel received five major awards at the 2026 Ookla Speedtest Awards at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona, for Indonesia's mobile network performance in the period Q3-Q4 2025.
The five awards are the Fastest Mobile Network, Best Mobile Coverage, Best Mobile Video Experience, Best Mobile Gaming Experience, and Best Mobile Network.
With the highest Speed Score, Telkomsel was designated as the Fastest Mobile Network; the median download speed of 59.21 Mbps and upload of 16.30 Mbps help customers work, study, and share content faster.
Best Mobile Coverage's recognition validates its widest coverage based on more than 1.6 billion signal scans, ensuring a reliable connection from the city to the farthest corners.
For digital entertainment, Telkomsel won the Best Mobile Video Experience with a high Video Streaming Score, 99.64% of video sessions without buffering and 92.84% of Full HD playback, as well as the Best Mobile Gaming Experience thanks to the Game Score which takes into account latency and jitter to the games server in the real world, presenting a more responsive game.
This combination of quality makes Telkomsel the Best Mobile Network through the Speedtest Connectivity Score which reflects the overall experience (speed, latency, browsing, video).
