Together With The Ministry Of Manpower, Maxim Gives BHR For Elected Driver Partners

JAKARTA - Ahead of Eid Al-Fitr, Maxim, the online transportation service provider company Maxim Indonesia officially provides Holiday Bonuses (BHR) to Maxim driver-partners who meet the criteria ranging from IDR 500,000 to IDR 1,500,000.

The submission of BHR is carried out as a form of Maxim's appreciation for the dedication and hard work of partners who have provided safe and comfortable transportation services, and in accordance with President Prabowo Subianto's appeal.

Maxim Indonesia's Director of Development, Dirhamsyah, revealed that the provision of BHR together with the Ministry of Manpower is Maxim's real support in creating a positive work ecosystem in the online transportation sector.

"Furthermore, we hope that the government can continue to build better communication relations together with economic actors to jointly create a positive work ecosystem in accordance with the applicable law," said Dirham in its official broadcast.

In the 2025 Bonus handover, Maxim will give a bonus to Maxim's regular active driver-partners based on good productivity and performance.

In addition, BHR is given to drivers who have been partners with the company in more than a year. On the other hand, Maxim also provides other social assistance programs to support driver-partners.
