JAKARTA - Continuing its support in encouraging the technology ecosystem in Indonesia, Alibaba Cloud will launch many new initiatives that will be present in the country during 2025.
Lead Solution Architect at Indonesia, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence, Ananda Budi said that the company will reorganize the Join Hackathon program together with PT Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).
Hackathon itself is Alibaba Cloud's initiative that will provide opportunities for developers in Indonesia to create innovative generative AI-based solutions.
"In 2025 we will take more initiatives, one of which is, we will do a Join Hackathon," Ananda said in the Media Briefing Alibaba Cloud Developer Summit 2025, on Tuesday, January 21 in Jakarta.
The Join Hackathon Alibaba Cloud X GoTo is planned to arrive in February. However, there are no further details regarding the program.
In addition, Alibaba Cloud also plans to bring more training and workshops with generative AI topics, big data, and many other topics this year.
"We will do more workshops and training, with topics like agenative AI, cloud technology in general, big data, and more," Ananda continued.
