YOGYAKARTA - Video teleconferencing service Zoom Meeting continues to update features, one of which is a transcription feature that allows users to transcribe audio into text.

How to Enable Instant Transcription Feature in Zoom App

To activate the instant transcription feature in the Zoom application is very easy. Users enter the Zoom application by visiting the official website if using a browser, or through the Zoom application if you access using a mobile phone.

After you successfully "Log In" using your Zoom account, click the "Settings" option in the navigation menu. Next, click the "Meeting" menu and select the "In Meeting (advanced)" menu.

Scroll down until you find the "Closed Captioning" toggle. To enable the transcription feature, you can slide the "Closed Captioning" toggle to the right until it turns blue, then click the "Enable" button.

The transcription feature in your Zoom app can already be used when you have a meeting. Users can also try it during meetings, or take classes online.
