JAKARTA - Mobile phone manufacturer realme announced the global debut of its latest self-developed image processing technology, LumaColor IMAGE, on the upcoming realme 16 Series 5G.

Through LumaColor IMAGE's latest breakthrough, the realme 16 Series 5G is claimed to be able to capture more authentic and emotional portraits with natural skin tones, layered lighting, and rich atmosphere.

The development of LumaColor IMAGE shows realme's ambition in bringing more advanced portrait imaging technology, as well as its commitment to making high-end mobile imaging technology more accessible.

To ensure stable, accurate, and reliable color performance, realme and TÜV Rheinland jointly established the LumaColor IMAGE LAB, which replicates everyday lighting conditions.

Through joint testing and calibration, LumaColor IMAGE LAB refines the entire LumaColor processing pipeline and provides a scientific basis that supports LumaColor's innovative approach to light and color processing.

Unlike traditional methods that separate light and color, which can cause overexposure or color distortion, LumaColor IMAGE combines the two, resulting in natural skin tones and a balanced balance between subject and background.
