And this is the goal to accelerate the recovery of the network in the Aceh region," said Fifi at a press conference on the delivery of aid on Monday, December 22 at Halim Perdanakusuma airport.
According to him, the existence of generators is crucial to maintaining the operation of the telecommunications network in the midst of power constraints due to disasters.
Meanwhile, Telkomsel's Human Capital Management Director, Indrawan Ditapradana, explained that the delivery of assistance this time was the fourth delivery, after previously being carried out on December 15, 16, and 17.
He explained that this mobile phone assistance will be given to the recovery team at the disaster site. However, it will also be given to people in need.
"500 handphones, we also heard that many disaster recovery teams need communication tools, so we are ready and we will also convey some of them to the people who need it," explained Indrawan.
The phone will be used to support the coordination of public kitchens, assistance posts, disaster recovery teams, and people who have lost or damaged communication devices due to flooding.
