JAKARTA NVIDIA announced its latest partnership with Foxconn. Through this partnership, NVIDIA will integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into factory operations and manufacturing lines.
This collaboration was conveyed by Spencer Huang, product line manager at NVIDIA. This is the latest AI collaboration because Foxconn has previously teamed up with OpenAI to design and produce AI data center hardware.
Foxconn, known as the iPhone maker, has expanded its business, from previously focusing on consumer electronics to electric vehicles and AI data centers. Currently, they are the main producer of NVIDIA AI shelves, a special server for AI workloads.
Foxconn's focus on AI can be seen from the company's recent capabilities. Foxconn chairman Young Liu said the company now has the ability to produce 1,000 racks of artificial intelligence per week.
