JAKARTA Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is scheduled to attend APEC CEO Summit in South Korea at the end of October 2025. In a meeting held parallel to APEC Leaders Summit, Huang will meet with various global leaders and top Korean executives, including from Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, two memory chip giants that play an important role in the AI data center.
Nvidia said Huang's presence aims to show the company's contribution in encouraging the advancement of world technology, especially through artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, digital twins, and autonomous vehicles.
"Huang will participate in activities that affirm Nvidia's work to drive technology growth in Korea and globally," the company said in an official statement on Sunday, October 19.

The APEC CEO Summit event took place on October 28, 2025, along with a meeting of heads of state from 21 APEC member countries. On the sidelines of the event, Huang is also expected to discuss with the leadership of a Korean technology company regarding chip supply chains for the AI data center, which is now the heart of the world's digital economy.
Meanwhile, US and Chinese trade relations are still heating up. US President Donald Trump is rumored to be meeting Chinese President Xi Jinping in South Korea in the next two weeks to discuss potential new trade deals. On the other hand, Beijing recently accused Nvidia of violating anti-monopoly laws, adding to the tension in the two countries' trade wars.
Huang, known for his charisma and visionary nature, seems to be playing an important role in cross-border technology diplomacy not only for Nvidia's business interests, but also in shaping the future of global AI.
If further unraveled, Huang's presence at APEC is not just a business visit; this is a signal that the future of geopoliticals is now also built through silicon and algorithms.
