Garena again gave the country's digital talent the opportunity to showcase its work at the Indonesia Game Developer eXchange (IGDX) Business & Conference 2025 on 9-11 October 2025 in Bali.
"Garena is committed to continuing to support the growth of the Indonesian game industry ecosystem, one of which is through our involvement in the ER since 2020," said Hans Saleh, Garena Indonesia Country Head.
This year, Garena again presented the winning team Garena Game 2 at the 2025 IGDX to showcase their work. Before appearing, they had participated in the intensive incubation program from Garena to finalize their game.
The teams that got the opportunity were the Flying Dutchman Team which consisted of three students from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), namely Muhammad Jafar Fadli, Luzhanifa Savina Yasmine, and Izzah Imani.
The Flying Dutchman team won the competition through their work entitled Rotasella. This game is considered simple but has unique gameplay and presents a difficult challenge.
Through the incubation process with Garena Indonesia, this game will come with various improvements such as design to new maturity which makes it more exciting to play. Their work will be available to Garena booth visitors at the 2025 IGDX.
In addition to showing off the work of the winner of Garena Game Jam 2, Garena will also showcase the work of another nation's children entitled Chicken Tower Defense.
