JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs together with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH), held artificial intelligence training (AI) for hundreds of young State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
Through the Kemkomdigi Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), this initiative was designed to equip ASN with strategic and practical skills in the technology-based public service sector.
Head of BPSDM Ministry of Komdigi, Bonifasius Pudjianto said, to accelerate reform in the public service sector, the main aspect that needs to be strengthened is human resources.
"In today's technological development era, digital skills are no longer an option, but a must. Therefore, we collaborate with experts such as Indosat to equip ASN with the latest technological competencies," said Boni in a statement quoted on Tuesday, October 7.
The training discussed materials regarding the introduction of the basic AI concept, promotion engineering guidelines, and strategies to increase work productivity.
The submission of learning modules was presented directly by experts from Google and McKinsey. This agenda also emphasizes the importance of AI ethics and governance to support accountability and transparency in government.
