JAKARTA - At the HUAWEI CONNECT 2025, Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales Huawei, Leo Chen introduced the ACT' three-step smart transformation path to encourage the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
ACT itself stands for Assess, namely the identification of high-value scenarios, Calibrate or AI model adjustments using vertical data, and Transform which means changing business operations with large-scale AI agents.
First, Huawei identified high-value scenarios using the AI Scenario Assessment Framework to evaluate business values, the level of scenario maturity, and business integration with technology.
Furthermore, Huawei provides a complete suite of tools (Toolchain) and AI security protection systems to help companies customize generalized models and create specific-industrial models.
Finally, Huawei has a multi-verse platform that can automatically generate agents, as well as workflows with more than 100 steps. This platform is able to accelerate the implementation of AI agents.

Chen emphasized that the success of the ACT line requires a comprehensive AI-oriented ICT infrastructure, ranging from data preparation to model training and inference.
For this reason, Huawei continues to innovate through a number of integrated products, including AI storage with fired Cache Managers, 800GE high-speed data center network solutions, StarryLink optical modules, and Ascend AI SuperPoD 384.
"ACT is a road map that we offer so that AI really gives real value to businesses, not just experiments," Chen said.
