JAKARTA - ICS Compute, AWS Advanced Partner in Indonesia, announced that it had signed a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) at the AWS Summit event in Jakarta on Thursday, August 7.

Collaboration will accelerate the adoption of Genrative AI (GenAI) in Indonesia by utilizing advanced AI services and cloud infrastructure from AWS on the Redpumpkin.AI platform, owned by ICS Compute.

This collaboration is expected to allow businesses to access safe, measurable, and specific solutions for industries in the country.

"Redpumpkin.AI built on AWS, so we can help customers innovate safely and responsibly, according to their industrial specific needs," said ICS Compute & Redpumpkin Founder, Budhi Wibawa.

With this support, ICS also intends to release a new AI agent focused on the industry faster, where each agent will be checked based on AWS' best practice guidance before arriving at the user as part of the Redpumpkin.AI innovation project.

As part of the SCA, AWS will work closely with ICS to build an innovation sandbox that allows the manufacture of rapid prototypes and testing of AI solutions in a safe and isolated environment.

This will allow users to test the GenAI feature, adopt it at times that suit their own readiness, and operate each workload with built-in security and compliance, and meet local data residence needs from the start.

Launched in April 2024, Redpumpkin.AI is able to present an AI Agentic solution, an autonomous software system that utilizes AI for reasoning, planning, and completion of tasks in the name of humans or systems.
