JAKARTA - Meta has finally launched its newest smart glasses, Meta Ray-Ban AI Glasses, in the Indian market. After appearing in various teasers, this wearable device is now officially available and immediately attracts attention thanks to a series of advanced features embedded in it. Meta Ray-Ban AI Glasses is equipped with two 12 megapixel ultra wide cameras installed on the front. What makes these glasses really smart is integration with Meta AI. Simply with the voice commands Hey Meta, users can directly interact with virtual assistants who are able to translate languages directly. Currently, the live translation feature supports English, French, Italian, and Spanish. Users can also connect these glasses with the Meta AI app available on Android and iOS to unlock more features, including viewing conversation history and starting live chats with AI assistants.
In the near future, Meta Ray-Ban AI Glasses will also support sending and receiving messages, photos, and audio and video calls via Instagram, making it more practical for everyday life. In India, these smart glasses are sold at a price of 29,900 Indian rupees or around Rp. 5.6 million, and can already be booked through Ray-Ban's official website.
