JAKARTA - EVOS Academy, an education unit from the esports organization EVOS Esports, sent representatives of young 16-year-old players to compete in the MLBB Super Cup Invitational (MSCI) esports tournament in China.

This initiative not only brings EVOS' name to the global stage, but also strengthens Indonesia's position as a center for the development of esports talent in Southeast Asia.

Since its implementation in 2024, EVOS Academy has been a pioneer in esports education in Indonesia. EVOS Academy actively reaches students at the junior high and high school levels through school visits and forms a training environment that focuses on developing technical skills both inside and outside games and mental strength, cooperation with teams and professional ethics.

EVOS Academy participants routinely undergo internal scrims, training sessions with professional EVOS Esports players, as well as mental coaching and career development programs designed to create competitive and characterless esports athletes.

With participation in the EVOS Academy, the participants were not only taught how to become superior players, but also prepared to become disciplined, ethical, and industrial-minded individuals.

Their departure to China is clear evidence that system-based Esports education can produce world-class young athletes.

"We are not only forming champions in the game, but also the younger generation who are ready to compete globally and contribute to a healthy and professional esports ecosystem," said a representative from Naitomea, head coach of the EVOS Academy.
