Liquid BHR, Grab Disburses Funds Of Up To IDR 1.6 Million For Driver Partners

JAKARTA - In addition to Gojek and Maxim, Grab announced that it had distributed the holiday bonus (BHR) to nearly half a million driver partners who met the criteria on Monday, March 24 at 10:00 WIB.

Taking into account the company's financial capabilities, the BHR value given to four-wheeled youth partners ranges from Rp50,000 - Rp1,600,000 and two-wheeled driver partners ranges from Rp50,000 - Rp850,000.

The amount of BHR has adjusted to the level of Mitra's achievements over the past 12 months. In addition, BHR's acceptance also considers Mitra's discipline in complying with Grab's Code of Ethics.

This bonus is given in cash through the OVO Cash balance or Cash Wallet which is connected to the GrabDriver account of each Mitra. Grab hopes that this appreciation can inspire Mitra in welcoming Eid al-Fitr with their family more happily.

"This holiday bonus (BHR) is an extra step that we have taken to give appreciation to driver partners, which are actually not included in the permanent benefits of informal economic sector workers," said Neneng Goenadi, Country Managing Director of Grab Indonesia in its official broadcast.
