Alibaba Cloud Launches Rainforest Plan Partner To Accelerate Global AI Ecosystem

JAKARTA - Alibaba Cloud "Aliba Cloud Partner Rainforest Plan", a partner ecosystem plan that focuses on AI that has been updated, at the 2024 Alibaba Cloud Partner Summit event.

The initiative includes an AI partner accelerator program, an improved incentive program, and an updated global strategy for service partners.

The aim of this initiative is to encourage global partner growth and accelerate the development and implementation of the latest AI and cloud computing solutions for businesses around the world.

"Alibaba Cloud believes that collaboration is key to creating innovation and driving growth. Our global partners are not just participants, they are new digital landscape designers in the AI era," said Selina Yuan, President of International Business, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence.

To meet the growing demand for AI technology from global subscribers, Alibaba Cloud launched the AI Alliance Accelerator Program to build a dedicated AI partner ecosystem through collaboration with 50 AI technology partners and 50 channel partners by 2025.

The program is designed to provide maximum support to selected AI technology partners, including special technical support for AI development, access to wider distribution channels, collaborative resources for marketing strategies, and AI consulting services dedicated to their needs.

Alibaba Cloud also launched the Revitalized Service Partner Program system, which aims to foster new Managed Service Providers (MSPs) by improving the skills of channel partners and technology partners with proper training and empowerment.

In addition, Alibaba Cloud pledged to expand its new strategic partnerships with 18 MSP including Whale Cloud, Bespin Global, Cognizant Worldwide, Deloitte, Accenture, and FPT from the existing 50 global standard MSPs through increased resource sharing and complementary capabilities, with the aim of building a comprehensive service system that meets the needs of various global subscribers.

Not only that, Alibaba Cloud also released a Synergistic Incentive Program designed to strengthen collaboration between global technology partners and channel partners, creating a dynamic and sustainable ecosystem.

The program introduces an expanded go-to-market scheme, enabling technology partners to increase revenue by leveraging Alibaba Cloud's extensive network of channels.
