JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) together with its strategic partner, Ericsson, announced the successful implementation of the world's first full-stack Digital Monetization Platform (DMP).
This DMP Stack platform allows Indosat to improve digital services, including 5G readiness and sophisticated B2B solutions in helping Indosat meet customer needs, as well as opening up opportunities for future business models.
The main achievement of this implementation is the migration of more than millions of prepaid customers in a period of eighteen days, with the highest intensity period of only 48 hours.

Meanwhile, President Director of Ericsson Indonesia, Krishna Patil, said he was optimistic that the implementation of this full-stack DMP would help Indosat improve customer experience, while ensuring a smooth transition to the 5G network.

Along with the launch of DMP, Indosat and Ericsson have also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the 2024 Asian Innovate event in Bangkok.
This MoU affirms its commitment to developing innovations in Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and Machine Learning (AI/ML) in the DMP and BSS ecosystems to accelerate monetization, accelerate time-to-market strategies, and present AI-based products that support revenue growth.
