X Accelerate Community Notes, Notes Now Appear In Less Than 20 Minutes

JAKARTA - X announced that it had redesigned the Community Notes system on its platform, allowing the notes made to be posted much faster than before.

Called the Lightning Notes, the Elon Musk's social network said that this update would allow records to be posted less than 20 minutes from the time records were written.

We redesigned the system to assess records more quickly. Since launching it, we have seen records aired in just 14 minutes 33 seconds after writing, and 18 minutes 20 seconds after the post itself was written, "wrote the company on the @CommunityNotes account.

According to them, with the contribution of the Community Notes, which has more than 800 thousand global users and a new assessment architecture, this entire process can now be completed in less than 20 minutes.

X also said that this speed is very important, as research shows that fast records can reduce the spread of posts by up to 60 percent, increase post deletion by up to 80 percent, and have a high level of accuracy.

In addition, X also added another new feature that allows contributors to add notes to media such as certain images or videos.

So, if the same media appears in another post, the existing notes will automatically appear without having to be re-uploaded by the contributors.
