Capai 200 Million Active Users, Canva Launches New Features

JAKARTA Canva announced an important achievement on Tuesday, October 22. The number of users of this design platform has reached 200 million monthly active users, an increase of more than 115 million in two years.

Canva's revenue also costs growth compared to last year. This year, Canva managed to reap revenue of 2.5 billion US dollars (Rp39 trillion). Millions of users are diverse, some come from companies, MSMEs, or students.

"Whether it's more than 95 percent of the companies listed on Fortune 500 or millions of MSMEs, students and teachers in classrooms, as well as non-profit institutions. This is certainly a very pleasant achievement, but we still feel that we have only reached 1 percent of the journey," said Canva CEO Melanie In a statement received by VOI.

In addition to user and revenue growth, Canva has also increased in terms of design. There are more than 300 designs added every second and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools have been used more than 10 billion times.

With this total achievement,men say that they will release a new feature to support the creativity of their users. The hope is that all these new features can help the community or users achieve their goals.

"Along with our efforts to empower everyone to turn their ideas into designs, we introduce many new features in the Visual App Series that mediate creativity and productivity," saidTEN.

A number of features that Canva Launches are Writing Boards to provide real-time memos, Magical Writings to perfect text, as well as Video Capability to create sophisticated animation and automatic text effects.

There are also tools to include page numbers in one click, new graphs such as Bagan Area, Bagan Radar, Bagan Hirki, and Bagan Statistics, photo-changer tools into custom-enactment templates, and integration into Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Docs.
