JAKARTA Platform X, formerly known as Twitter, has changed the Kreator Result Sharing system on its platform. Starting October 10, advertisements appearing in the comments column will not affect revenue.
Creators with blue tick accounts will now be paid based on interactions with other Premium accounts in the content they create. The more Premium accounts leave comments and like posts, the greater the income.
"You will be paid for based on engagement with your content from Premium users. So, when your followers subscribe to X Premium and engage with your content, they support you directly," X explained through his official account.
Through this new policy, X tries to attract more users to subscribe to a Premium account. Elon Musk's platform also said, "The more Premium subscriptions as a whole, the more income you get."

This new system may be preferred by Premium account users. The reason is, it was recently revealed that accounts with blue ticks have special group conversations to support each other's content. They will leave each other's comments and likes.
However, this is a problem for non-Premium accounts. Many think that blue tick accounts make content quality decrease. These accounts also tend to leave less useful comments and cover comments from free accounts.
Before X offers payments to Premium account users, useful posts are usually filled with insightful comments. Now, the majority of comments are filled with less useful responses so that debates over blue tick accounts continue to occur.
