Google Expands Full Filled Device Notifications For Pixel Watch

JAKARTA Google tested the notification 'Pixel Watch is fully occupied' in November last year for a small number of users. After nearly a year of testing, this new notification was finally rolled out to all users.

The function of this notification is very simple. When Pixel Watch users are charging their watch and focusing on other activities, they will get a notification on the phone. This notification will appear once the power is fully charged.

At the bottom of the notification, users will see additional captions that read 'Your watch reaches 100 percent'. This notification appears so that users don't charge Pixel Watch for too long because this action can damage the device.

Apparently, this notification was rolled out to all Pixel Watch models. When the feature was tested for the first time at the end of last year, 9to5google reported that the first to second generation Pixel Watch would receive a full charge warning.

It is not known for certain why Google took almost a year just to release this simple feature. Even though it's just a notification, this feature is very useful for users who want to take care of their device batteries for the long term.

In addition to charging notifications, Google has yet to launch an October update for the wearable device. When the security patch for October launches, the Pixel Watch will get bug fixes and some new features.

It is not yet known what new features the company will add. However, the October patch will be the first update for the Pixel Watch 3. Just like any other device model, Google will improve performance from the Pixel Watch 3.
